Renew a Prescription

Prescription renewals are handled 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday by calling our office at (815) 741-6900.

If your prescription is running low, please do not wait until the weekend or until your medication has completey run out. On the weekends, we do not have ready access to your records to assure you get what you need. If you are planning to travel out of town, you should also make sure sufficient supply of medicaton is available for use on your trip.
